A sample is more than a prototype. It aligns specifications, fit, materials, construction, and the quality reference before bulk production.
Evaluate proportions, measurements, and details that drawings alone cannot show.
Use comments, images, and measurement differences to guide the next sample.
The final approved sample and specifications guide bulk review.
With a Tech Pack, we review measurements, construction, materials, trims, colors, and labeling details. If files are still developing, a reference garment or image can be used to separate what should be retained from what should change.
Fit review, material review, construction review, and sales photography each place different demands on a sample. One sample may not settle every issue.
A clear purpose also shows where substitute material may be acceptable and where production material is essential, helping avoid unnecessary cost and time.
Revision instructions are most effective when consolidated in the latest marked image or specification file. Phrases such as “slightly narrower” should be supported by a measurement, position, or comparison image.
A change in one area may affect another measurement or operation. Sharing the reason for the change helps identify related points that also need review.
Cost and timing depend on the number of styles, pattern requirements, material availability, special processes, revision rounds, and shipping destination. We define the sampling scope and quotation basis after reviewing your files.
Send a Tech Pack, sketch, or reference image and tell us what the sample needs to confirm.
Quantity, timing, and the working approach are confirmed after reviewing the product and project conditions.
