Quantity, Quotation & Timing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no single quantity for every product. Fabric minimums, styles, colors, size breakdowns, processing, trims, and production availability all affect MOQ. If your planned quantity is limited, share the project conditions for review.
What information is needed for a quotation?
+
Share a product image, sketch, Tech Pack, or reference sample, plus expected quantity, colors, size range, destination market, and preferred timing as far as known. Mandatory material, packing, or inspection conditions also form part of the quotation basis.
How is the time from order to delivery determined?

Timing depends on sample approval, material availability, construction, quantity, production availability, inspection method, and transport. After reviewing the files, we plan the stages including approval and shipping time.
Samples, Specifications & Materials
Can you develop apparel samples?

Yes. We can organize specifications from a Tech Pack, reference garment, sketch, or image, then separate what the sample needs to prove from what must be finalized before bulk production.

No. Pattern work, materials, processes, number of styles, revision scope, and shipping destination all affect the scope. We first define the purpose of the sample, then explain cost and workflow.
Can I inquire without a completed Tech Pack?

Yes. A reference image or garment, intended price position, destination market, and priority fit characteristics can be used to identify open questions. An approved sample and current specifications are still needed as the shared reference before bulk production.
Can you source a specific or functional fabric?

Material options are reviewed against use, performance, hand feel, composition, price position, quantity, and timing. If a performance or sustainability claim requires evidence, the required documents and availability should be verified before material approval.
Production, Quality & Japan
How are quality control and inspection handled?

The latest specifications, approved sample, measurement chart, and agreed review points form the reference. What is checked during production and before shipment—and by which method—is planned around product construction and risk.

Specifications, sample comments, and changes can be reviewed in Japanese. Labeling, packing, inspection, and testing requirements vary by product and sales conditions, so the applicable scope is defined by project.

What is the typical project workflow?

The usual sequence is inquiry and requirement review, materials and specifications, sampling, revisions and approval, confirmation of production conditions, production management, inspection, and shipment. Parallel stages and approval deadlines are planned around the product and target timing.
